Email worries

I wonder if there is something someone can send to Gmail that would result in me being blocked sending emails to Gmail.

I'm afraid someone can send a lot of spam with my email address in the From header and get me blocked.

This is why I tried to setup SPF (which did not work).

Name
Password

No need to register, just enter the same name and password every time.
