I just installed this driver and was finally able to set a resolution of 1280x800. https://bearwindows.zcm.com.au/vbe9x.htm I used the "128mb" folder. My laptop is a ThinkPad R61i. Here is how I selected the driver : - Right click the desktop and click Properties. - Settings > Advanced > Adapter tab > Change - Point Windows to the 128mb folder. - Reboot - Set the resolution.
