I get the feeling that someone reading my blog would think I have a mental disorder. I believe saying someone has a disorder is just a way to alienate that person and separate them from others. To refuse what that person is saying. But I am not asking to accept what I say. I believe this is also how disorders are created. A doctor looks at someone. He does not like what he sees. He wants the person to fit within what he sees as normal. So he makes a list of what he does not like, calls them symptoms, and makes up a name for it. And then, bam! You've got a new disorder. Then, he puts it in a book. The DSM. It gets published all over the world and every doctor reads it. Then, you've got a ton of doctors who all share the same opinion. They all decide to agree to think the same on what is or is not a disorder. Those doctors are very annoying to talk to. They so strongly believe in their beliefs that they no longer see them as beliefs.
