Me and my dad went back to the well to test it again. We brought a 100 feet long blue lay-flat pipe to release the water downhill away from the well. We ran the pump for 105 minutes and the water went down 86 inches (from 12'8" to 19'10") We have plenty of water. We believe that with the test we did yesterday, the well kept refilling itself. By releasing the water further downhill, the water in the well kept falling instead of going stable like it did yesterday. I forgot to take a picture of the end of the blue lay-flat pipe. This time, we also measured the flow rate : the pump fills a 5 gallon bucket in 23 seconds.
