Today, me and my dad attached the cables and pipe in the wall of the shed before putting back the batt insulation and taping the vapor barrier. I also connected the Cat6e to my patch panel in the mechanical room (in the house). Later, I will test the cable by attaching a female outlet to the other end in the shed.
