I found out on cultbox that the BBC has published it invitation to tender on its website : https://www.bbc.com/commissioning/news/doctor-who-invitation-to-tender-september-2026 At least now, I have dates : March 2027 for the award and 2028/2029 for broadcast. I really don't get why they made it a Microsoft Word document instead of a normal HTML page. You have a website ! HTML is free, easy to use and can be viewed by anyone ! That document doesn't contain anything HTML can't do.
